• Uploaded reports: CSV/Excel files containing advertising performance reports uploaded by users for analysis.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the platform.
• Communications: Messages sent through our contact form or WhatsApp/Telegram integrations.

• To provide, operate, and improve the Runway Studios platform

4. Google Ads API Data

When you connect your Google Ads account, we access your advertising data via the Google Ads API using OAuth2 authorisation. This access is read-only — we never create, modify, or delete your campaigns. Data retrieved is used solely to power your analytics dashboard and AI recommendations within our platform. We do not share Google Ads data with any third party, and we do not use it for advertising or resale purposes. You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Google Cloud SQL in the asia-south1 (Mumbai) region. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and refreshed automatically.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at info@runwaystudios.co. Upon request, data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

7. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party platforms using their respective APIs:
